Kwik Stage System

Kwikstage standards are used to form the upright or vertical support for both access and propping alike. They have a series of "V" Pressed welded at nominal 495mm on the tube to provide a location for ledger and transoms. Standards come in two types, with spigot or open-ended with a whole array of accessories they can be adapted to suit any situation.

These items are made from tube with a pressed wedge-fixing device at each ends. These are used to tie the uprights or standards longitudinally.

These are "T" section with wedge fixing device on each ends. Back to back angles to form the "T". These transoms engaged with "V" pressing. The transom is used for the seating of steel stage or battens.

Diagonal Brace has pivoting captive wedge fittings welded to each end, which locate the "V" pressing on the standards.

The Return Transom has a pressed steel section that can be placed over a ledger to form a 90° return in the scaffold, the return transom has a seating on one of it's sides to accommodate steel stage &/or timber battens

Tie bars are made from steel angle which has a dowel at both ends. This connects the two and three board platform brackets to support the steel planks.

The One, Two and Three Board Stage Brackets enable additional platforms respectively to be provided on the inside of the Scaffold nearest the building.

The One board bracket allows an additional 228.5 mm platform to be created; this is the only bracket, which does not require a tie bar to connect them together.

The Two-board stage bracket allows an additional 457mm platform to be provided; tie bars must be used to connect the brackets together.

The Three-board stage bracket allows an additional 685.5 mm platform to be provided; tie bars must be used to connect the brackets together.

Toe boards brackets are used to hold Steel stage toe boards in place. This clamps on to the kwikstage standard with a captive wedge fitting to keep it in position.
